GORGEOUS NEW HOMES FOR FAMILIES IN WOKINGHAM
Crest Nicholson’s Waterman’s View at Arborfield Green in Wokingham makes the perfect home for families; in fact, the development has been built especially with families in mind. You’ll find that Bohunt School is close by and there is a well-equipped playground for the younger members of the family. Hazebrook Meadow, a new 35 acre landscaped park, is just minutes away and with nature in mind, the development has 95 acres of natural and semi-natural greenspace; 6 acres of allotments and community gardens; and 2.5km of new bridle paths.
It’s a case of last chance to buy at the Waterman’s View phase of Arborfield Green with only two apartments remaining. The next phase of the development, Barkham Place, is due to launch later this year with a range of family 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes adjacent to Watermans Lake. If you are interested, prospective buyers are encouraged to act quickly to avoid disappointment. T: 0118 402 4768 W:

A WARM WELCOME TO SCHOOL LIFE AT HOME FARM
Home Farm in Woolhampton is the Pre-Prep of Elstree School for children aged 3 to 7 and they pride themselves on their very special and warm environment. Being co-located, it allows them to take full advantage of their wonderful grounds and facilities, including a weekly woodland day for Early Years children. They are often the first experience of school life and understand how important these initial steps are, so to ease the transition into school, they offer home visits for Early Years children. Recent development work has included an enlarged Nursery and garden and a new Reception classroom which will be ready by the end of October. See for yourself by visiting them on their Open Morning on Saturday 14th October. To book your place, please contact Tish Gauci. T: 0118 971 3302 E:
