Mortimer Scarecrow Trail The scarecrows will be on show daily from 9am until dusk each day with the trail finishing at 4pm on Sunday 29th October. The theme this year is “One of a Pair” and will consist of a variety of characters from famous and infamous pairs. There will be the usual trail competition with a chance for trail followers to win £50. Trail maps will be available from local shops. W: www.mortimervillage.org.uk


Get Creative in The Savill Garden


The Creation Station will be back in The Savill Garden offering free children’s crafts when accompanied by a paying adult. Every day between 11am and 3pm, children can make their very own Harvest Time Masterpiece or their very own crown to transform into a magical PumpKing or Queen. Running until 29th October. Giant Pumpkins Activity Trail


The Savill Garden will offer mini horticulturalists a new Giant Pumpkins Activity Trail. Families can follow the Park Explorers trail with characters Pete and Poppy, on their colourful journey to find carved Pumpkins that have been placed around the Garden. The activity leaflet is packed full of games and fun facts, as well as some cool stuff for adults too. Activity leaflets cost just £3.50 and each child who takes part will receive a prize.
