people, your parents, so your width is determined by only one. You. It`s not decided by the Government or your teachers at school. Not your friends or even Donald Trump. It`s all down to you. You can either be obese or slim or anywhere in between. Your choice. Only you are responsible for what goes in your mouth and how much exercise you do. Taking responsibility for that is the first step in addressing the situation, if it needs addressing. Of course, you may have realised this last year and taken a New Years` resolution which you have magnificently stuck to and are now reaping the benefits of being a fitter, healthier you and receiving admiring glances from your friends. You may, this summer, have bought the short-sleeved dress that showed off your upper

Dig out a favourite pair of trousers that are now too tight


for you. Loudly tell yourself and really believe it, that eventually you will get them comfortably over your backside. Use them to gauge your progress. As you slim down, so the trousers will ease further up your legs. Weigh yourself occasionally too but remember, muscle
