key economic indicator—we cannot clearly identify an economic gain in the states that have legalized marijuana, even given the tremendous source of income produced by the marijuana industry. And finally, we can expect that marijuana legalization will present a decline in highway safety as a result of the prevalence of the drug. As limited as those conclusions may be, they are fact-based and emotion free. I hope this type of reporting becomes the presiding trend in the legalization of marijuana. ❚
