HISTORY IN THE MAKING It is quite something when you are a member of a team which plays a part in the changing of history, well our guest company is doing just that. I introduce you to Menno Broers, Managing Director of BT Projects, The Netherlands.
THE ‘THEN’ Square column inches restrict me on this occasion, however I view this particular narrative as a taster until further issues, but in short The
Netherlands are unique geographically, which have over the generations proved to be somewhat challenging regarding floods and the defence of! In 1953 the Delta Works became a global model for technological development whereupon the safety of human life and nature played the central part. Thereby, The Netherlands have widened its look on safety and water and it was the Delta Works that composed a unique compromise between safety, economy, recreation and nature.

Enter the two founders of BT Projects Menno and Ferdinand Dees; their pedigree and experience within the maritime industry speaks volumes, with collectively 50 years offshore entrepreneurship within the wind/ wave energy technology sector, this formidable duo and their team are ideally placed to facilitate projects for and on behalf of developers within this highly specialised sector.
