The Cutbush & Corrall Charity (INCORPORATING THE QUESTED ALMSHOUSE CHARITY)


Affordable Housing for Older People


Established in 1865, the charity provides safe accommodation for older people who have a connection with the Borough of Maidstone and would otherwise find it difficult to satisfy their housing needs.


The Charity has 149 almshouses, which (apart from twelve cottages in Harrietsham) are all located within easy reach of Maidstone town centre. We have various types of properties including listed houses and modern one bedroomed flats. Communal facilities and organised activities are availble for residents who want them and staff are on hand to facilitate independent living.
