CAN YOU Hear Me? Communication is an essential part of our relationships! Those with a hearing loss speak too loudly and those without tend to mumble... according to friends and family. So: whose problem is it, yours or mine? Both deaf and hearing people are welcome to join this friendly group to explore the interaction between us and ways to make us all more aware. Meetings usually take place on the 3rd Weds each month at Alvechurch Cricket Club, Birmingham Road, 10.30am–12noon. THE 31ST Bromsgrove Lecture will take place on Tues April 11 at Bromsgrove School, given by Rob Hedge. The lecture is entitled Beneath Your Feet, Behind the Facade: Bromsgrove’s Archaeological Heritage. Rob Hedge is employed at Worcester-
shire Archive and Archaeology Service. His background is field archaeology, in which he has worked on projects aimed at enhancing public involvement, includ- ing the DigBromsgrove project. He also specialises in identification of archaeo- logical finds and was a digger for Time Team series 20. The chairman and president of The Society will be pleased to welcome you
