aurel Attanasio will conduct a work- shop, Wellness Warriors: Strategies for


Aging Well, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., on Saturday, November 7 at The Yoga Loft, in Bethlehem. It begins with a sustain- able yoga practice that will stimulate and strengthen the circulatory, digestive, mus- cular, respiratory and lymphatic systems, while calming the nervous system. The


workshop will conclude with tips and tricks for maintaining a healthy body and mind at any age. Attanasio has been teaching yoga since 2007, completing both the 200-hour and 300-Hour advanced teacher training programs at The Yoga Loft, as well as obtaining mat Pilates certification at Hard Core Pilates, in Frenchtown, New Jersey. This training allows her to bring a greater understanding of


anatomy and movement to classes, using both yoga and Pilates to assist her students in becoming stronger, relieving stress, preventing injury and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Funky Fun at the IndieMade Craft Market

he curated and juried Indiemade Craft Market serves up a fresh


holiday shopping experience in Al- lentown from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., De- cember 5, at the Starlite Ballroom, providing a way for socially minded shoppers to purchase unique gifts that are handcrafted in community and connect with the people that


made them. An interactive electronic sculpture will be high- lighted on the second floor. Guests can try out a variety of crafting techniques and take home something special that they made. There will also be art and craft demonstrations live music and the Orange Scissors bar serving food and adult beverages throughout the day. The first 50 attendees will receive free handmade swag bags, created using colorfully dyed, upcycled currency bags from the U.S. Mint, sponsored by Mercantile Home of Easton.
