HOW MONEY CAN BE A SPIRITUAL ASSET

Have you noticed how some people seem to be obsessed about money? And so many spiritual people often just want to avoid it (or ignore it)? But money is neither good nor bad in itself — it’s a neutral instrument for measuring exchange based on an energetic agreement.

PROSPERITY. ABUNDANCE. PLENTY. Is your heart resonating ‘yes’ to these words? How about these words? Moolah. Dough. Dosh. Bread. Cash. Ka-ching. Is your heart still saying ‘yes’… or are you having a more complicated reaction? Have you noticed how some people

seem to be obsessed about money? And so many spiritual people often just want to avoid it (or ignore it)? But money is neither good nor bad in itself — it’s a neutral instrument for measuring exchange based on an energetic agreement. So it has the values we give to it through our attitudes and use of it. On a deeper, metaphysical level, money

is actually part of our life force. Please consider this… if Spirit is matter

at its highest vibration, and matter is Spirit at its lowest vibration… then money is actually Spirit vibrating at a slower frequency. Can you see that? So, I’m inviting you now to see that

money is a wave of energy (a flow of financial energy). And we know that when energy is freely given, more can be received from the abundant supply of the Universe. So where is your flow? Do you have a

negative or positive association to money? Do you see money as being one channel through which you can share your unique gifts to the world? If your heart answered ‘no’ to any of

the above questions… then there are steps you can take to clean up your relationship to money..

Forgive your past financial failures. Do that now. Take time to write about this in your journal. Write down whatever comes to mind – no censoring. Make time to reflect on your past actions with money and make peace with it. Have a look at all of your disappointments, self-criticism… are you harbouring (perhaps secretly) that you are a failure? So take the time to reflect, writing in your journal… take responsibility (responsibility is not the same as blame!)… and forgive yourself. Do

Then share that intention with your

friends and family. Meditate on it and listen for guidance… then act. Exchange in abundance is the highest

condition of exchange. This does not mean that you undercharge or give products or services away! And it doesn’t mean that you deliver something more valuable than the buyer paid for or expected. In 18 years of business, one of the

whatever it is that you do, when you are forgiving yourself. See it’s only when you accept where you’re starting from that you can begin to go forward.

Debt is an opportunity for spiritual expansion — it’s called trust. First, think about what debt means: someone (or some company) trusted that you would be good for the money. Now turn within yourself and listen to this from the place that’s deep inside you that is all wisdom… can you see that debt is about learning to trust yourself and Spirit?

Money flow. Money constipation. Yes. With money, you’ll see that there are two opposite modes for dealing with money in life: flow or constipation. Flow is paying bills, being generous and giving to charity. Constipation is hoarding, super-saving for a rainy day, being super- stingy. When you are constipated around money, the flow stops. So money, by its nature, flows. Meditate and visualise yourself dealing

with money while bringing ease and grace into your being.

What is your money flow intention? Intention is everything when it comes to manifestation. What do you want money for? Turn within yourself and listen to this from the place that’s deep inside you that is all wisdom… and ask yourself, what are the gifts you wish to be able to provide to the world?

greatest gifts I’ve experienced has been to witness an exchange in abundance with my clients — and it happened as they became wealthy – and this changes them on a molecular level. How? They moved out of survival.

Being in money survival is death. And you know what I mean by this. When you go through really rough patches, completely unable to meet bills, payments and support yourself (forget luxuries)… when you can’t find the money or ways to pay for even the most basic of things like food or fuel. Have you noticed how your spirit contracts? Have you noticed how fear has your heart contracted? Some people stay in survival for years, decades, their whole lives. So, imagine that this fear was gone. And

gone forever. Imagine that, not only are all of your basics provided for, but you now also have luxuries for you and your loved ones – and luxuries come easily. Now imagine how much your heart would expand living this way. Imagine how your creativity, your connection to Spirit would expand... Is this your vision too?

So my question to you is this… is your relationship to money holding you back from generating projects that would contribute and really make a difference?
