Delicate, precious and soft. Pink peonies need not be accompanied by any other flower to create a stunning, romantic bouquet. This delicious flower is made up of many ruffled petals and resembles a fluffy, pink cloud. Gorgeous and dreamy, they epitomize romance and signify prosperity.

ALSO KNOWN AS: Commonly referred to as peonies, but there are many hybrid-color names which refer to the cultivated varieties.
LEVEL OF FLOWER CARE: Medium, Peonies shipped directly to you from the farm arrive as small buds and need time to bloom. Recommended delivery date is 3 days before your event.
COLORS: Pink (shown), Coral, Cranberry, White, Blush, Hot Pink and Burgundy
SEASONALITY: Traditionally available May through the end of June. However, you can get peonies year-round if your wholesale flower company knows where to find them. Know that if you purchase off-season you will likely pay more and that all colors may not be available.
Ordering Specifications: Each stem has one budding flower. Average bloom size is 2.5 to 4 inches in diameter. Arrives looking like a golf ball but with proper hydration, the flower will pop open to a large ruffled full bloom. Average stem length is 16 inches.

Step 1: Prepare Hydrate the flower stems for at least 3 days in 4 inches of cool water mixed with flower food.
Step 2: Making the Bouquet Start with one, fully open bloom as the center of the bouquet and gradually add a stem at a time as you turn the bouquet.
Continue until you are happy with the large, round shape. Secure all of the stems together at the neck of the bouquet only with a rubber band, floral wire or tape.
Step 3: Wrapping the Handle Wrap the 2” ribbon around the top of the bouquet handle only leaving most of the stems to spray out and show at the bottom.
Tie the ribbon at the binding point with a pretty bow to complete the look.
Use floral shears to trim the stems to a shapely spray and length.
