Copper Peptides and Zinc Finger technology
Copper is an important mineral co-factor in our body and our skin. It is part of a group of key ingredients involved in collagen production and wound repair that include amino acids (e.g. proline, lysine, glycine, etc), other minerals and Vitamin C. For years copper peptides have been popular anti-aging ingredients because their use was backed by scientific data. Peptides, in general, have become a mainstay in skin care today. There are several types that promise everything from Botox-like effects to collagen production. The real benefit from most of these peptides is their ability to sit in the upper skin resulting in a temporary plumping effect.
