Operations Manager


énergie is the UK’s largest fi tness club franchise with 70 clubs open and a healthy pipeline of future openings for 2011. Our business model means that we are one of the few fi tness operators who are expanding our network.


We are recruiting an Operations Manager to support the énergie fi tness clubs and énergie Fit4Less clubs in England & Wales. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role is based from the Milton Keynes offi ce but requires travel on a weekly basis.


The primary function of the role is to infl uence the performance of the clubs through monitoring KPIs, conducting audits, driving the sales and retention process and providing on-site support as required.


énergie’s unique émpower programme is the foundation of our member experience and the Operations Manager will be expected to champion this programme to colleagues, owners and members.


Relationship management, communications and coaching are key skills as are time management and administration.


Applicants must have relevant experience in a multi-site organisation and a track record of success in operations and business management.

Two Project Officers will help to deliver the Queen Elizabeth II Fields Challenge through engaging with local authorities, town and parish councils and other landowners to help secure the protection of 2012 outdoor recreational spaces by 2012. The Officers will also be tasked with increasing community engagement on these sites.


Requirements: - Degree or equivalent level education - Experience in the sport and leisure industry, public sector or a not-for-profit organisation


- Excellent communication skills - Experience of building effective working relationships with external organisations - Ability to travel

FULL-TIME, FEMALE FITNESS INSTRUCTOR Due to the nature of this role we are looking for a dynamic Female Fitness Instructor to join our team in Mobberley, Cheshire. You will be qualifi ed to a minimum of REP’S Level 2 and a Group Exercise qualifi cation would also be desirable. Duties to include Fitness Testing, Gym Inductions and Programme Design as well as overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Gym, Pool and studio.


FULL-TIME RECEPTIONIST


We are looking for a dynamic Receptionist to join our team in Mobberley, Cheshire. Duties to include computer work, cash handling and serving light refreshments to our members. High standards of personal presentation are essential for this customer-facing role.


Experience preferred for both positions, but not essential, as full training will be given. Hours of work for both positions are: 40 hrs per week (shifts 5 days over 7).
