Loughborough College is a highly successful FE College which offers a range of courses from Level 1 to BSc Honours Degree.


We are seeking a reliable, highly motivated technician to provide technical and administrative support to our Sport, Exercise and Fitness curriculum area. Your role will include the management of sports facilities and equipment as well as assisting lecturers to prepare and deliver teaching sessions.


A degree in Sports Science, experience in the sector and coaching qualifications or experience are essential requirements for this post as well as outstanding team and organisational skills.

BH Live, is a new leisure and cultural trust in Bournemouth which manages and operates four leisure facilities, two of which are rated “Excellent” by QUEST. BH Live is looking to recruit the following positions:


Front of House Manager Based at the Littledown Centre, Bournemouth 36 hours per week £23,708 per annum (pro rata)


We are looking for someone with a genuine passion to provide outstanding customer service who has excellent communication skills and is a positive team player.


The successful applicant will need to be proactive in co-ordinating the smooth daily operation of the Littledown Centre and the 25,000 customers that visit the Centre per week, whilst working under pressure in a lively and dynamic environment.

Applicants must have practical experience as a Duty/Front Of House Manager in the leisure industry. A First Aid at Work qualifi cation and Management / Supervisory Qualifi cation is also desirable.


Leisure Opportunities


Senior Health and Fitness Advisor Littledown Centre and Pelhams Park Leisure Centre 37 hours a week £18,453 per annum


The role will involve co-ordinating the day to day operation of the Gym, and ensuring the provision of a fi rst class fi tness facility.


Applicants must have a Level 3 Fitness Instructors Qualifi cation and practical supervisory/management experience within the Leisure industry.

Duty Manager


Based at the Stokewood Leisure Centre, Bournemouth 37 hours per week £20,858 per annum


The successful applicant will need to be a versatile team player who will undertake a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. They must have excellent customer service skills and experience dealing with customers on the front line.


Applicants must have practical supervisory or managerial experience and hold an NPLQ & First Aid at Work qualifi cation. Experience of working in a sales environment would also be desirable.


All advertised positions are rota based and would involve working evenings and weekends.
