dunLop heywood expand
Two well known names in the Manchester property scene are joining forces as Scott Frazer Consultants merges with commercial property and rating specialists Dunlop Heywood. Andrew Frazer, head of the niche property consultants, is to be Investment and Agency Consultant at Dunlop Heywood, based in its Oxford St offices. Andrew is well known in Manchester having led his own practice for five years and previously a director at Chesterton and Storeys SSP. He joins the Dunlop Heywood Manchester with immediate effect. This further strengthens the North West team which welcomed two new members last month and comes only weeks after the company opened its first Leeds-based operation. The 43 year-old has previously concentrated on private client investment acquisitions and sales, and also been providing agency and occupier consultancy. Recent deals include retail acquisitions for

two new Money Shops at Deansgate and Piccadilly Approach, as well as warehouse acquisitions for BOI Trading in Salford Quays. Andrew is also in the process of finalising a 150,000sqft warehouse purchase in Burnley.
