Stephen Nation has been appointed Divisional Managing Director for
Sequence Lettings. With 20 years experience in lettings Setphen has responsibility for all aspects of Sequence Lettings, reporting to Chief Executive David Plumtree. “I am delighted to be heading up Sequence Lettings and recognise a great opportunity to build upon a strong and trusted brand,” says Stephen. “I pride myself on understanding the business from the bottom up and will be utilising all my expertise to enhance the performance of our lettings branches and support functions.” After starting as a letting agent in Kent, Stephen progressed to become an Area Manager and eventually Regional Director for the South of England. In 2002 he was appointed MD of Spicerhaart. “Stephen has a deep
understanding of what makes an excellent lettings business so we are delighted he has taken up the role as Divisional Managing Director,” says David Plumtree, “He will bring a clear vision of how to grow the lettings business and best practice for our branches and national support centres.”
Senior MoveS at Your Move David Newnes, MD of Your Move, is appointed to the LSL Property Services board. His new role, as
LSL Estate Agency MD will give him responsibility for the strategic direction of all estate agency brands under the LSL umbrella. David will relinquish his role to Gareth Samples, currently Sales Director covering the Midlands and North West area. Gareth has 20 years experience in estate agency and has played a pivotal role in Your Move’s development. James McAuley, previously Sales Director for London and the South East will take on a new role as LSL

The Video Inventory Agency (TVIA) has appointed a non-executive director, Tom
Derrett. TVIA offers state-of-the-art video inventories designed to protect landlords’ assets. Derrett, 33, from Monmouthshire, has previously worked with tenants in social housing. Trained in law, Derrett’s services are well established: an adjudicator for a deposit protection scheme, he also runs ADR Solution. TVIA’s Frazer Fearnhead, said,
“Tom brings invaluable property experience and expertise to TVIA.” In his role as non-executive
director, Derrett will manage TVIA’s deposit resolution service, which guarantees to handle and advise on deposit disputes, free of charge. Derrett will also contribute to our business strategy.
