Armadex BINARY INJECTION MOLDED MEDIA Description
High performance, extreme duty screening applications have historically posed challenges for plant operations. Wire cloth wears out quickly and modular synthetic media is only marginally effective in dealing with the sheer volume and weight of feed material. Bolt-down rubber has often proved to be the most effective solution to meet these challenges.

What Sets Armadex™ Apart?
Binary Injection Molding Technology Armadex™ sections are made with a proprietary molding method that places premium gum rubber under extreme pressure in a staged sequence to produce rubber media of unprecedented strength, structural uniformity, and wear life that has proven to outlast the competition by as much as 2 to 1.
Premium Gum Rubber All Armadex™ screen sections utilize a premium blend of natural non-synthetic gum rubbers.
Choice of Rubber Types Standard Armadex™ screen sections are best for high wear resistance and Armaflex sections are a softer, more flexible durometer best for sticky material.
High Strength Steel All Armadex™ sections utilize high-strength, low alloy (HSLA) steel plate backing which has 38% higher yield strength than the steel most competitors use.
Full Customization Unlike traditional bolt-down screen media, Armadex™ aperture shapes and sizes are customized and bolt hole locations are placed to properly fit your existing frame.

Section thicknesses (including steel backing): 2”, 2.5”, 3”, 3.5”, 4”
Opening sizes: 2” to 8”
Opening shapes: Square, round, slotted, and custom
Steel backing thicknesses: 1/8”, 3/16”, 1/4”, 3/8”, 1/2”
Steel backing: HSLA (High Strength Low Alloy) steel backing.
Opening locations: Can be customized to meet specific requirements such as optimizing wear life or increasing open area.
Bolt hole locations: Customized to fit any existing frame configuration.
