Liners, Feed Boxes, & Discharge Lips Armadex™ Custom Liners


A great solution when extra heavy loads, large top sizes, and high volumes are involved. Made with rugged Armadex™ rubber and a steel plate backing, they can be cut to nearly any shape and even beveled to ensure total coverage of the target area. For more on Armadex™, see page 7.

Feed Boxes


Custom made to replace a worn feed box and can be sandblasted, primed and epoxy-coated to extend service life. Can be welded or bolted to match existing frame bolt patterns.

Rubberdex® Custom Reinforced Feed-box Liners


Rubberdex® steel reinforced feed-box liners are a simple bolt-on option for single deck screens or the top deck of multi-deck screens. Made of heavy duty, injection molded rubber bonded to a 1/4” thick mild steel plate.


Rubberdex® Standard Liners


Rubberdex® chute liners are a versatile bolt-on option for combating wear in chutes, transfer points, or any high impact zone. Made of heavy duty, injection molded rubber bonded to a 1/8” thick mild steel plate.

Polydex® Chute Liners


Solid polyurethane blocks that are typically 12” wide, can be cut to size, are available for 1/4” and 3/8” plates, and made with up to nine 23mm nipples per foot.

30mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm, and 65mm


For lip depths: 4”, 5”, 6”, 7”, 8”, 10”, 12”


Thicknesses: 30mm - Standard duty 55mm - Heavy duty 80mm - Extreme duty


Discharge Lips


Welded or bolted on decks to provide protection at the discharge section.


Standard or made to order for lip depths up to 12”.
