VR - Zigzag


In over 135 panel variations, the VR’s zigzag openings reduce or eliminate plugging with a “spring-like” vibrating action in the bridge sections.

Polydeck offers a variety of designs with slotted openings for draining liquid or where elongated material is acceptable.

Continuous Slot


Available in 6 slot widths, the continuous slot is a long wearing alternative to profile wire that doesn’t sacrifice open area. Most commonly used in the coal industry.

0.5mm x 304mm to 2.0mm x 304mm SVR - Slotted Zigzag


For applications that allow elongated materials, the slotted VR (SVR) panel features flexible vibrating bridges to prevent plugging.

Cutter Panel


For static flume applications this unidirectional design features surface features that pull water into slots more efficiently than profile wire.

VST - Vector Slot Technology


For heavy media recovery, this design incorporates slots at 45 degree angles which create speed vectors in the Z axis of a vibrating screen.

SSP - Static Screen Panel


This design features ridges molded with flow to intensify dewatering in smaller materials like sand and fines. Polydex®:
