Keynote speaker Catherine Spencer in action Women in Franchising event returns
After a successful launch in 2013, the bfa is hosting its second Women in Franchising event on Thursday 20 November at Eastwood Hall, Nottingham. For all women looking to inspire, network and share experiences about their involvement within the sector, it is a day to champion the success of women in business and franchising. Featuring a packed programme of interactive seminars and roundtable discussions on a broad spectrum of
business topics including marketing, personal branding, business building and legal issues, the networking event encourages discussions on how individuals, organisations and the entire franchise industry can mentor and inspire more women to join the thriving sector. Keynote speaker Catherine Spencer will
share her exciting experiences as former England women’s rugby union captain with her presentation: From Rugby Pitch to
Business Pitch. As founder of the Inspiring Women speaker agency, which focuses on leadership and teamwork, who better to talk about achieving success than someone who has led her country in a World Cup final and since then has set about promoting women as inspirational leaders?
The day is open to all businesswomen, whether members of the bfa or not. For more details or to book, see
www.thebfa.org/ wif or call the bfa offices on 01235 820 470.
