I’m delighted that Dina Dwyer- Owens, CEO of the Dwyer Group (as well as being an author, the former chair of the International Franchising Association and taking part in Undercover Boss USA, phew!) gives us an insight into her experiences growing up in the industry, understanding the customer and maintaining a work-life balance.

So, whether you are at the beginning stages of growing your business or an established franchisor looking to expand further at home and away, there is plenty in this issue to inform, engage and occasionally entertain you!
