Surface Features Rubberdex® Integrated Dams NEW PRODUCT


Used to slow travel rates and distribute material evenly across the deck, Rubberdex® integrated dams are molded into the panels and are available in 1” and 2” heights for all 30, 40, and 45mm thick 1’ x 2’ Rubberdex® or Ferrodex™ 8 nipple pin-style panels only.


Polydeck Screen Corporation Polydex® Integrated Dams


Used to slow travel rates and distribute material evenly across the deck, Polydex® integrated dams are molded into the panels and are available in 1”, 2” or 3” sizes on either pin-style or PolySnap® type screen panels. Larger dams are also available for custom applications.


Restricted Flow or Shallow Dams


Effective in fine sizing applications to control material flow rates and create a tumbling effect to intensify the dewatering and washing effect and break up lumping.
