At Polydeck, innovation is in our DNA. From the design of the first modular synthetic screen panel by our company founders in 1972, to the development of our proprietary bolt-down rubber manufacturing process today, we have never stopped asking “what if?”


Made up of experienced screening professionals, the Polydeck Product Innovation Team (PIT) is at the core of our ongoing R&D efforts and is constantly looking for ways to make screening more efficient.

The PIT team draws upon many resources as it brainstorms and tests new product ideas and enhancements with the first and foremost being customer input and needs. Combined with the Polydeck test lab, Polyflow™ Application Designer software, and Polydeck’s many years of


experience in the industry, the PIT team has introduced many new innovations and has many more in development. So stay tuned.

NEW PRODUCT Heavy Duty Dewatering Panel


Polydeck raises the bar again with a new heavy duty dewatering panel of unprecedented strength and stability, designed to carry the weight of thick bed depths and heavy loads. With its deep bridges, heavy duty steel inserts, and extra lateral supports, this panel adds the kind of stability to your screen that could eliminate the need for additional sub- structure. At 40mm thick and with slot widths as small as 0.1 mm, this panel is a dewatering workhorse.

The heavy duty dewatering panel derives much of its strength from a more substantial steel insert


featuring two lateral center bars instead of one.
