This PolyRail™ system provides a simple bolt-on rail that converts a profile wire or punch plate deck for our 2’ wide by 1’ long PolyRail™ panels. This system is commonly used in the coal industry where the standard support frames use either 3” wide channel or angle iron stringers located on 2’ centers.

Trommels


Used primarily in the mining industry in milling circuits for ore separation and/or dewatering, each of our trommel frames are custom designed and accommodate most Polydeck screen panel options.


Polydeck trommels utilize our PipeTop II™ design delivering 25-35% more open area than conventional steel cage trommels.


ProTops protect the trommel stringers. See page 12.


Small


Our small trommels typically have a 33” to 53” working surface diameter by 3 to 5 feet long. This economical design features a simple structure that is based on our patented PolySnap® system.


Mid-size Ball and Rod Mill Trommels With a working surface diameter of 56” to 72”, when used in smaller ball or rod mills, our mid-sized trommels offer durability and high open area.


Large Our extensive experience in trommel design extends to large trommels for both SAG mill and large ball mill applications. This size range typically starts at a diameter of 72” and up.
