Channel Protectors
A 2.5mm thick polyurethane cover that fits over a 2” channel stringer to provide protection from wear and/or corrosion.

Replaceable, wear-resistant sections used on our small trommel frames to allow PolySnap® fastening and to protect the steel structure from the slurries. Customized based on the number of screen panels in the circumference of the trommel.

Channel Repair Strips
These 3/16” thick strips of steel are pre-drilled with 23mm holes and sized to fit directly on top of a worn channel stringer rail (see page 10). When welded in place, they renew the ability of the rail to hold pin-style panels in place.
