something to smile about

The consumer demand for dazzling white smiles has seen themarket for teeth whitening home products soar in recent years.Yet, the results promised fromthe various toothpastes, mouthwashes and drops available often fail tomeet with expectations, leading clients to seek effective specialist options. Donnamarie and Debra recognised that teeth whitening treatments would ideally complement and sit well with the other services offered by beauty therapists and aesthetic practitioners. So in 2011, the brand launched its first treatment offering – LoveLiteWhite.

The new professional teeth whitening systemwas designed especially to enable anyone to achieve flawless bright beams. “Everyone wants white teeth now, butmany teeth whitening treatments can heighten sensitivity and lead to discomfort,” comments Donnamarie. “However at LoveLiteWhite, we use aMagenta LED technology which de-sensitises teeth and reduces sensitivity.”

After an initial consultation to discuss expectations and desired outcomes, the treatment begins with an application of the whitening gel to the client’s teeth. The Magenta LED is then used to activate the product and immediately begins the lightening process by swiftly penetrating the enamel. At the end of the one-hour procedure, clients are left with visible results and a confident smile.

Since its introduction, the treatment has been highly sought after frombeauty pros and consumers alike, thanks to its non- invasive nature and effectiveness. Clients can undertake the procedure at LoveLite’s Harley Street clinic in London or opt to visit one of the LoveLite trained technicians situated at various locations across the UK.

star power

Following on fromthis preliminary success, the company’s next step was further expansion. In 2012, the brand launched its new treatment – Lipoglaze by LoveLite Ice. This procedure allows therapists to target a range of body concerns for bothmen and women, providing the option of fat removal without the need for surgery.

“LoveLite Ice technology is a pain-free way to remove stubborn deposits of fat without the need for liposuction, thus eliminating the risks associated with surgical techniques,” explains Donnamarie. “It’s also convenient and quick, with little or no side-effects.The procedure takes just 60-minutes with no recovery time and eradicates up to 26%of fatty tissue in one treatment.”

The Lipoglaze systemuses a powerful, non- invasive vacuumpressure to draw tissue between the cooling panels to treat the target areas. It works by first gently warming up the area, encouraging blood and fat to separate. Then by utilising Cryotherapy, Lipoglaze carefully freezes away fat cells. When used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise regime, clients can expect to see visible results in amatter of weeks.

Quick and time efficient, the treatment has proven just as popular as its LoveLiteWhite predecessor.Tomeet with demand, LoveLite broadened the Lipoglaze portfolio earlier this year with the addition of the portable Litemachine, meaning that evenmobile therapists can now provide the technology whilst on-the-go.
