Washington Marriott Marquis The Washington Marriott Marquis opens in 2014 with 1,175 rooms and more than 100,000 square feet of prime meeting space connected to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, expanding meeting capacity in the nation’s capital signifi cantly. Bookings are currently available.

Walter E. Washington Convention Center The cutting-edge Walter E. Washington Convention Center features 703,000 square feet of exhibit space, a 52,000 square-foot ballroom and its own Metro stop. Whether it’s an intimate meeting, a sit-down dinner for 3,000 or a conference of 50,000, DC’s convention center accommodates it all.

CityMarket at O Located in the heart of the historic Shaw neighborhood, CityMarket at O will be a brand new, state-of-the-art marketplace. Slated to open in 2014, the development will feature 87,000 square feet of retail space, plus the 182-room Cambria Suites Hotel and more than 600 residential units.

CityCenterDC Opening in late 2013, CityCenterDC is a 2.5-million square foot neighborhood development in the heart of downtown Washington, DC. The multi-phase project will introduce a new luxury hotel, residential and public spaces and as many as 60 stores, restaurants and cafés.

Capitol Riverfront Home to Nationals Park, Capitol Riverfront in Southeast DC is a 37-million square foot development featuring retail, hotels, residential units, the Riverwalk Trail and cafés and restaurants. Yards Park, already completed, is an idyllic outdoor park with waterfront views and a terraced performance venue.

The Wharf Located near the National Mall in Southwest DC, The Wharf is a $2 billion riverfront project. The development will feature three million square feet across land and water, including new retail, hotel, residential, cultural and public spaces—think: parks, promenades, piers and docks.
