Plum has focused on expanding its trampolines and small-wood products to create a new product range for 2012. The junior trampolines are available in

a range of brightly coloured decorative enclosures. These small trampolines are designed to help young children increase confidence as they learn to trampoline. 2012 will also see the expansion of

Plum’s premium trampolines with the Magnitude Trampoline and Enclosure. Available in 8ft, 10ft, 12ft and 14ft the Magnitude trampolines are made to offer increased protection and safety with 3G enclosures and Tramp Klamp brackets. The 3G enclosure design curves in to

protect the jumper from springs as well as maximising jumping space, while the steel Tramp Klamp bracket encases the joint between the frame and legs giving rust free protection. Plum has also introduced a number of new sand pits into their product range. The company’s in-house design team has focused on real play value, creating a variety of multi-purpose sand and water tables made from premium FSC certified timber. The Build and Splash Sand Pit Table includes a liner suitable for both sand and water. It also comes with a handy and discrete plug allowing water to be drained, making it quick and simple to switch between the two. A wide range of accessories are

available to customise Plum’s swing sets and play centres. These accessories are available in a variety of colourful FSDUs.

REVELL GALLERY 215

The global plastic model brand Revell is powering into 2012 with some new model kit licences and a fresh concept to the remote control model market, which will be unveiled at Toy Fair. Revell’s new iconic model kits are designed for experienced modellers: the London Bus and London Taxi. One of the world’s most popular plastic model kits is the Titanic: over two million replicas of the famous steamship have been sold to date. With its 100-year anniversary in April 2012, this plastic model kit is set to create waves in the model sector next year.

Other notable spring 2012 highlights include the newly-tooled Ford Shelby and Camaro SS, plus the original Mini Cooper. Revell looks to combine fun and education in some of its newer brands, including X-Ray, a range of snap together transparent models. New additions to the existing products include the Human Body and Skeleton.

And a new concept will be unleashed in

the remote control model market. The new eight to 12 children’s brand, RevellutionsTM will be launched in spring 2012 with a range of colourful cars. Meanwhile the Revell Control brand is extended with the Outspeeder, a mini stunt car with built-in roll bar and a top speed of 20 km/h. The company also has a new range of Smartphone Helicopters, MyFly and Moovee.
