The Puppet Company is introducing its latest collection of Wigglers puppets. The puppets allow you to put your fingers into the head and tail pockets to get a wide range of movement. Each Wiggler comes individually poly bagged and has its own hang tag to explain how to use it. They can be displayed using slat line, on a stand or simply laid out and so will fit with any store layout. There is a range of six Wigglers to collect in different colourful designs. As an extra detail, each Wiggler is named after its favourite apple.

At the top of their 2011 awards list was the board game Animal Safari which won a Gold award from Right Start Best Toys; the jigsaw puzzle Teddy Bears’ Picnic which won a Silver from Practical Parenting and Pregnancy and Shape Snap which won a Silver from Practical Pre-school, who also awarded a Bronze to Three Little Pigs. Old Lady, Jack and Jill Game, Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and Alphabet Lotto, all won Highly Commended awards in 2011. A Creative Play Highly Recommended was awarded to Giant Road Jigsaw.

Maps Toys makes its debut at Nuremberg after what has been an exciting year for the company. The Surrey-based toy firm has continued to grow its ranges during 2011 and has many new lines planned for 2012. Maps has tied with US brand
