ICE USA SHOWCASE
Atlas provides the world’s largest & fastest slitting machines for BOPP film and has installed more than 200 primary film slitters worldwide, exceeding 6m in width. This includes the widest at 10 metres and the fastest at 1500 m/min., with precise control of web & winding tension. In recent years, Atlas has increased sales of primary & secondary slitter rewinders for BOPET film. Secondary slitters for film are in widths up to 5 metres, the most successful being the CW800 for plain & metallized films with a max. speed of 1000 m/min. There are now over 100 Atlas CW800 slitters working with metallizers, CPP & BOPP film lines worldwide. It has become the benchmark slitter rewinder for metallized film producers globally. Atlas is also the world leader in slitter rewinder technology for all types of labelstock materials, up to 2m wide. Atlas provides global customer service & support.

We don’t make the perfect packaging, we leave that to our customers.
Titan provides secondary slitter rewinders for flexible packaging materials, plastic film, labelstock, laminates & paper and fully automated, integrated roll handling systems. It has more than 2,500 machines installed in over 80 countries. The highly versatile SR8 cantilever slitter processes materials up to 2250 mm (88 ins) wide at high production speeds. The ER610 is a compact, cantilever slitter and will be demonstrated at ICE USA. It has a running speed of 450 m/min (1500 ft/min) and an option for slit widths of 35 mm (1.37 ins). More automated slitting solutions include the Titan CT610 automatic twin-turret machine for very high production volumes, with slit widths as narrow as 20 mm (less than 1 inch) and running at up to 750 m/min (2,460 ft/min). Turret changeovers take less than 20 seconds. Titan is part of Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd. (UK) with global customer service & support.
