By improving access to opportunities for change for an individual, we can help to improve their circumstances. at ana Liffey, change is facilitated through the skills of the staff team and the resources available to them. the team of people working at the ana Liffey are to be commended for their commitment and their skills in promoting positive change with the people who use our services. the skills within the team are wide and diverse. this is important, since the resources available to any one staff member include the skills of their colleagues. at ana Liffey, the team work
well together, and the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. on a broader level, in times of recession there is a need to demonstrate value for money, and resources available to the organi- sation are often not monetary…
thus, ana Liffey sought to increase opportunities for change for our clients in 2008 & 2009 by formalising our joined up work with partner agencies and creating synergies. We recognised that our area of specialism of engaging people and reducing harm was only part of the story. We already had good links with services and capitalised on this by
