Progression Routes
Initiative (PRI) joined Ana Liffey from its previous
home in the SAOL project in June 2008. PRI had
been established two years previously with the aim of connecting high level
national policy with on- the-ground service
delivery – practical policy development from the grass roots.
The project focuses on responding to identified gaps and blocks facing service users and supporting the organisa- tional development of community and voluntary drug services.
aLL pri proJects utilise community based consultation, as well as referring to relevant national policy. partners and peers engage in the process through representation on project specific steering groups and through participation in pilots.
