Our Client is looking for the highest calibre Account Director to take ownership of a prestigious
Contract within the Contract Cleaning industry. You will be professional in all aspects to proactively
manage the contract, ensure that agreed KPIs and SLAs are met and that a high quality service is
delivered to the client. Your excellent business acumen will manage the contract within budget and
produce a viable profit for the operation. This is an exciting role that requires a proactive and flexible
individual. Experience within the Retail market sector of the Contract Cleaning industry is essential.
You will be professional in your attitude & outlook and career-minded in your approach to business.
High numeracy & literacy skills are essential, as is a sound reputation for excellence and Client

Operations Manager - City £35K + Bonuses
Due to expansion, our Client requires a top-notch Operations Manager to assist with one of their
prestigious Contracts in the Contract Cleaning industry. The position is site-based, therefore no car
is offered, and the hours are from 11h00 to 19h00, 5 days a week. Theindividual will need to have
the skills & potential to take on the Deputy role to the Account Director within 12-18 months. Industry
experience is essential. You will have strong communication skills and a passion for service excellence.
The Candidate should demonstrate a basic knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety and
HR legal requirements and the ability to work flexibly – including evening and weekend work. The
ideal Candidate will have a thorough understanding and experience of managing budgets and enforcing

This position requires sound experience in the Contract Cleaning industry, as you will be working
with a Blue Chip Client and a portfolio of £1.5m. The role will be responsible for 2 London sites & 2
within the Home Counties. The ideal Candidate will have the experience & skills to build and maintain
strong client relationships, continually reviewing and implementing business critical needs. The role
has 3 Site Managers reporting to it with a direct report to the Account Director. You will be an
experienced people-manager with an eye for detail and high standards. You will take ownership of
the role and lead the team to consistently maintain standards above the average. You will have strong

expectations. Following a recent award, they are looking for a National Accounts Manager to oversee a £20million customer portfolio spread across the Midlands and up
to Aberdeen. Consisting of 200 sites, you will have 3 direct reports, all of whom are high performers in their specialist field. Exposure to the retail cleaning environment
is essential coupled with a process driven/methodical approach and a strong financial awareness. You must drive productivity and possess a high degree of IT literacy
(this is an essential skill set as regular reporting is a key requirement of this role). Your role as the dedicated Account Manager means that you will manage a large
