NIFE 300

PC-based IoT controller solution NIFE 300 transforms automation systems to cyber-physical systems (CPS) for smart manufacturing. Accelerated by Intel®

Core™ i5-6500TE/i7-6700TE processors, the

NIFE 300’s open architecture features high interoperability to provide a unified infrastructure for control, communication, and configuration of CPS, helping manufacturers regain speed, efficiency, and agility.

Intended for large-size machinery and distributed control systems, the NIFE 300 simplifies integration and expansion of control nodes with its PC-based open architecture and real-time EtherCAT and fieldbus com- munication support; and allows functions like on-machine vision to be flexibly integrated through front PCI and PCIe interfaces.

To address high-mix/low-volume production needs, the NIFE 300 allows easy programming via NEXCOM NexECM or CODESYS Control RTE/CODESYS SoftMotion software. Using reusable logic and motion function libraries, SoftPLC and IoT controllers can be quickly deployed with reduced efforts. Also, the NIFE 300’s HMI software enables local and remote monitoring of factory operations. Taking manufacturing a step further, the NIFE 300 connects factory and enterprise networks over Gigabit Ethernet, letting manufacturers access MES and ERP systems to make to orders with agility.
