TR E5x/msd TR E5x/msd is a 3U VPX™ board based on the Intel® Xeon®
processor E3-1500 v5 family, providing enhanced processing performance within the same Size, Weight and Power (SWaP) envelope compared to boards based on previous generation processors. A range of standard I/O interfaces are provided with an XMC expansion slot to add application specifi c I/O. TR E5x/msd supports a wide range of backplane profi les based on a PCI Express®
(PCIe® ) data plane fabric and optional PCIe
expansion plane for fl exible multi-board confi gurations. It is compliant with the recently ratifi ed VITA 46.11 system man- age-ment specifi cation and is particularly suited for com- mand, control, communicate and compute applications.

At the same time Fujitsu will launch other industrial mainboards supporting 6th generation Intel Core processors, e.g. the FUJITSU mini-ITX boards D3433-S (Q170) and D3434-S (H110), a cost-optimized ATX model D3445-S (H110) and a µATX version D3441-S (Q170).
