t the 2016 National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina, a proposal was put forward by the Life Membership Committee to increase the Life Membership fees. After discussion and amendments, Delegates voted to


increase all Life Memberships by 15 percent. Te chart below reflects the new fees— they go into effect as of January 1, 2017. Te 15 percent increase has been rounded to the nearest dollar. All Life Memberships received at National Headquarters on or after January 1, 2017, must be completed on the new forms that authorize the updated Life Membership fees.
