WOW Company W

OW is a Belgian company founded in 1983 with the objective of creating a low energy wave generator working with the resonance principle. In

1991, the first Wave Ball was born, going on to win numerous awards for innovation. As of today, over 380 Wave Balls have been installed in approximately 50 countries around the world. These can be found in different sectors including hotels & resorts, public swimming pools, waterparks, campsites, wellness areas, sea survival training centres and aquariums.

Key product The Wave Ball wave generator can be added in new or existing pools, turning any size or shape of pool from 40m² to over 1,000 m² into a wave pool. This polyester sphere floats on the water and generates completely secure and controlled artificial waves, safe for even the youngest of guests. The operator also has the option to significantly increase the size of the waves to deliver a thrilling ocean like experience, and a saddle can be added on the top of the ball for operation in “rodeo” mode. The Wave Ball is not only a wave generator, it is also a fun, colourful and customisable object in your pool that leaves the whole surface of the pool accessible to the swimmers, meaning there is no need to bind off a safety zone. Installation of this very compact setup takes just two days and no machine room is needed.
