People on the move Dean Flint joins Fujitsu as COO
D
eane Flint has joined Fujitsu General Air Conditioning UK as chief operating offi cer (COO).
Ian Carroll moves to become deputy chief executive offi cer and retains overall responsibility for UK operations. Flint was most recently Head of Northern Europe for HVAC at Haier and previously spent 20 years at Mitsubishi Electric, latterly as branch president UK & Ireland. At Fujitsu, he will be responsible for day-to-day operations and developing market share.
He said: “I’m delighted to be
joining Fujitsu, a company that I have respected for many years. I have learned a vast amount in the last three years being on the other side of the supply chain, all of which I now look to bring to Fujitsu. I am confi dent we can build on what has already been created by the team and develop the business for the future.” Carroll recently celebrated 10 years at Fujitsu, having joined the business in 2014 as sales and marketing director. He has served as Chief Operating Offi cer since 2018 and has overseen record sales growth for the
Sally Parker joins Condair as area sales manager
C
ondair has appointed Sally Parker as its new area sales manager for the Midlands and
South Wales. Parker joins Condair with a wealth of HVAC experience having worked at ACR wholesaler, TF Solutions, and Wolseley Climate Centre.

director at Condair, commented: “We are really delighted to have appointed Sally as Area Sales Manager. She’s a very experienced sales manager with a proven track record in the industry and we feel lucky to have her join us.” Parker commented: “I’m really looking forward to getting to know Condair’s existing clients and helping new potential customers get to grips their humidity control issues.
