Europump chooses the UK for its 2024 gathering of pump industry executives E

uropump (the European Pump Association) is delighted to announce that after a 10-year absence, its Annual Meeting and General Assembly will be returning to the UK next year. This key event for the European pump sector was last staged in the British Isles back in 2014, when it was held in St Andrews, Scotland. Hosted by the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA) and sponsored by WEG, this three-day event will take place at the spectacular De Vere Beaumont Estate near Windsor in the Royal County of Berkshire, from 22 to 24 May. In support of the current Europe-wide legislative agenda, as well as numerous broader topic areas of signifi cant importance to the international pump sector, the BPMA, on behalf of Europump, looks forward to presenting a comprehensive business agenda of real value to pump manufacturers. Sponsored by WEG - a world leader in motor, drive, and asset management systems technology – there will be an equally engaging social programme, that includes a visit to Windsor Castle, a river boat trip along the Thames, and two sumptuous gala dinners. Commenting on the event, BPMA CEO, Wayne Rose, said: “It has been 10 years since the BPMA last had the honour of hosting Europump’s Annual Meeting, when it was held at the famous St Andrew’s in Scotland. That location was
