Keep control of your pricing with the right software

he accuracy of data held in your business soſtware is crucial. So is the ability to access and update it to


ensure you are making the most of every business opportunity and sales transaction.


Solutions that don’t offer a flexible pricing


model, for example, could lead to companies using outdated terms for customers and products – and a potentially avoidable loss of margin. Customers may find they are still getting the


terms they were offered two years ago because you still have a record of those terms on the system. A modern software solution will allow you to carefully but quickly analyse what terms are up for review on a regular basis. You may have terms in place on specific


products in a number of categories – maybe they were set to win business some time ago –


and they’ve been left in the background and not reviewed. It’s important that you can use your software solution to check whether certain terms are being used regularly – or never used.
