The Preston of the Park Cities, an assisted living and memory care community in Dallas, Texas, is now operated by Watermark Retirement Communities, based in Tucson, Ariz. It was developed and is owned by Silverstone Senior Living, based in Dallas. It was formerly called HarborChase of the Park Cities.

Silverado, based in Irvine, Calif., held a rib- bon-cutting for its Silverado North Shore community in Glendale, Wis. New Perspective Senior Living, based in Minnetonka, Minn., was scheduled to open a new company headquarters called the New Perspective Resource Center in September 2019. The opening coincides with the com- pany’s 20-year anniversary.
Eclipse Senior Living, based in Lake Oswego, Ore., has launched a new brand, Evoke, the third in the Eclipse family of brands, joining Elmcroft Senior Living and Embark Senior
Living. The first Evoke community is being built in Portland, Ore., and is expected to open in early 2021. Evoke targets a high- er-end market for independent living and assisted living.
Phoenix Senior Living, based in Roswell, Ga., has added The Pearl at Eastside, in Green- ville, S.C., to its memory care portfolio. The 54-resident community was formerly named Autumn Leaves Greenville. The compa- ny has also opened sales for The Bluffs at Greystone, a 136-resident independent and assisted living community in Birmingham, Ala. In Atlanta, Phoenix has entered a joint venture with White Oak Healthcare REIT to add two independent and assisted living communities to the metropolitan area.
Ventas, Inc., based in Chicago, has for the first time been included on the 2019 Dow Jones Sustainability™ World Index, and has retained its place on the Dow Jones Sustain-

ability North America Index. In addition, Ventas has maintained its No. 1 position among the four listed healthcare real estate participants in the GRESB real estate ESG (environment, social, governance) assessment for the third consecutive year. Approximately 4,500 companies are asked to participate in the Dow Jones assessment, and only com- panies that rank within the top 10 percent of their industries are included in the DJSI World Index.
Retirement Unlimited, Inc., (RUI), based in Roanoke, Va., has opened The Wellington at Lake Manassas, a 115-residence community in Gainesville, Va. It also held a pre-open- ing for its 98-residence community, Wood- land Hills, in Roanoke. Both communities offer independent living, assisted living, and memory care as well as the company’s RUI University programming for continuing ed- ucation. They are RUI’s eighth and ninth communities in Virginia.
