In addition to the LEAD program, a special keynote, Kevin Brown, had the audience riveted. Using a combination of real-life examples, rich content, and humor, best- selling author Kevin Brown explained the simple philosophy known as “The Hero Effect.” He spoke about the importance of creating an environment where people are inspired to be the best version of themselves and deliver world-class performance to the people they serve and gave examples of how to develop a team of people who are committed, focused, and on fire for the brand they are helping to build to drive high performance and a world-class customer experience.
Kevin also provided the perfect segue into the Argentum Hero Awards, a celebration of community-level heroes
