A RESOUNDING SUCCESS IN NEW ORLEANS A Recap of the Premier Event for Senior Living Professionals
The Senior Living Executive Conference 2023 took place over three days in May, bringing together senior living industry experts and executives from across the United States. The conference featured a variety of events, networking activities, and presentations that asked attendees to push the limits of what they know in senior living. Attendees took advantage of the chance to connect face-to-face with a community of peers who are ready for what's next and seized the opportunity to exchange information on the very latest policy developments, emerging issues, and the future of the senior living space.
DAY 1:
The first day of the Senior Living Executive Conference focused on developing and recognizing leaders and strategies for success. Attendees were able to learn from experienced leaders who shared their knowledge about effective approaches to managing complex situations.
The 2023 cohort of Argentum’s Leadership Advancement & Development (LEAD) Program met for the first time. The LEAD program elevates a select group of aspiring leaders as they participate in a six-month cohort-based program that provides them with exclusive networking, coaching, and professional development opportunities to help support their leadership development and career growth. The 2023 group of “rising stars” will take advantage of a newly designed program, developed by Dr. Mildred Charles, and will participate in an interactive, professionally assessed leadership engagement learning experience.
