Brought together experts in sport and exercise medicine and science, oral health, English Institute of Sport, elite athletes. Product was con- sensus statement as listed above. Substantial media interest including BBC, American Association for Ad- vancement of Science. Selected as case study of good public engage- ment, by UCL Public Engagement Unit.
