A JHL SuperRECycler to go
The JHL SuperRECycler 414 is the latest model to be added to the Danish manufacturers Order2Go range, and is available with a three year warranty.
The starting point for all the Order2Go range has always been the development of units to meet specific customer needs. However there is often a demand for units that can be acquired and pressed into service more urgently hence, the development of these “off the shelf” units. These models feature the most popular combinations of equipment and for many customers are selected as they ensure consistency across their fleet.
As the name suggests the SuperRECycler 414 is a more powerful unit compared to the “standard” RECycler 414. Greater suction power is provided via a liquid ring vacuum pump, assisted by an uprated compressor, which provides air injection to allow deep suction. The same compressor also gives 1bar of positive pressure for emptying the tank, adding to overall operational efficiency.
The recycling pump is also a higher power option and can be used as a bypass pump adding to the flexibility of the machine. To cope with the extra suction capability of this model, 6” hoses replace the standard 5”.
As with all JHL units, the Super RECycler can also be built to an individual specification. The company’s policy of working with customers to develop the equipment they need, means there is effectively no limit to the options available - as UK Sales Manager,
Louise May is keen to point out; “We have developed the Order2Go range to meet a more urgent need. We build these to the most popular specifications. However there is no doubt that there will be specific needs that can be better met with alternative choices.
“For example, there may be a need for this additional pumping power in a smaller unit, for ease of access in both rural and urban areas. In this case we need to balance the additional weight of the uprated pumps against the payload required. Ultimately we want to be able to offer the right combination to offer both the maximum efficiency and best return on investment to all our customers.”
The SuperRECycler combines the power of a SuperFlex combination unit with JHL’s renowned RECycler technology. Both these machines more powerful options have been borne out of bespoke units. Initially developed to meet specific customer’s operational requirements these models have been fine-tuned to meet a range of needs.
This commitment to continual improvement is not only expanding the JHL range of machines but is also being applied to service support direct from the manufacturer. A new three year warranty, which comes with preventative maintenance programmes, is the latest customer benefit on offer as JHL continues to invest in growing its service network and capability. Not only does this offer “peace of mind”, but also protects the value of the investment for every customer.
