DM: A lot! But let’s start with the scope of the platform itself. SmartCore is a complete technology solution that spans across multiple delivery channels, between front- and back office, including reconciliation and settlement. It is scalable and cost- effective, and includes internet and mobile banking, deposit and loan products, payment solutions, ATM and PoS switching, regulatory and MIS reporting. By removing otherwise staggering switching costs and providing rapid implementation, the core conversion decision for financial institutions becomes significantly easier. We offer a singular interface, combining all banking activities into one dashboard. By simply logging in, users are given access to their complete and mission- critical internal processes required to enhance employee productivity, customer satisfaction and overall profitability.
