COME FLY WITH ME
When it comes to networking, educaon, and vising with businesses to partner with to make your community funcon well, our Annual Conference & Expo is the biggest show in town.
Here it is by the numbers:
151 — Exhibitor booths to visit. You’ll nd aorneys, bankers, management companies, insurance professionals, landscapers, pool companies, pavement & asphalt contractors, security rms, energy companies, engineers, reserve professionals, roofers, and contractors of every kind. If your community associaon is looking for someone to ll out an RFP, chances are you’ll nd them at the Expo.
300-400 — Associaon decision makers - managers and homeowners - who aend in search of the above business partners but who also are looking for informaon at the educaon sessions oered during the conference and a chance to network with colleagues, clients, and friends during the day and at the Aer Party, which this year will be held at the legendary Hard Rock Café, just steps away from the expo hall.
5 — Breakout educaon sessions, including speakers on hoarders, drones, insurance, bankruptcy, and technology.

1— Heckuva me to be had! Geng There – Save the Aggravaon
“I hate going into Center City! There’s too much trac and parking is so expensive.” I’ve heard that from many people over the years. But there’s an easy soluon! SEPTA’s regional rail lines pick you up not far from your home and drop you, literally, inside the convenon center. Take three escalators up and you’ll be inside the exhibit hall.
Coming from South Jersey? Take PATCO to 8th and Market and walk four blocks to the convenon center. You’ll save me by not driving, aggravaon from not dealing with trac on the highways, and money by not having to pay to park. For detailed informaon on SEPTA or PATCO trains and staons, visit our website at
www.cai-padelval.org/conference/aend.
Surveys from aendees to last year’s conference who took public transportaon prove that those aendees had a much more posive experience geng to and from the convenon center, which increased their enjoyment of the overall event. So save yourself some aggravaon. Take the train!
Wind Down at the Hard Rock The Annual Conference & Expo is a long day with lots of walking.
