219 The archaeological delivery would be overseen by the Project Archaeologist, a nominated competent and appropriately qualified archaeological consultant.
220 The archaeological subcontractor scheduled to undertake the geophysical survey, intrusive field evaluation, palaeoenvironmental assessment programme, Archaeological ‘Strip, Map and Record’, archaeological excavation, and archaeological watching brief are to be confirmed. If necessary, in order to meet particular programmes of work as committed to in this WSI, frameworks between archaeological subcontractors may be agreed.
221 Appropriately experienced specialists would provide relevant on-site and post excavation support.
