Die H.C. Maier GmbH hat eine innovative Lösung für Möbelrollen entwickelt, die Möbel, Böden, Geldbeutel und die Nerven der Kunden schont. Das patentierte Befestigungssystem löst ein altes Problem: Normalerweise stehen Möbelrollen inklusive ihrer Befestigung unter Belastung mit einer gewissen Neigung, anstatt vertikal. Das Resultat sind schädliche Kräfte auf die Rolle, welche auf das Möbel übertragen werden. Das kann zum vorzeitigen Verschleiß an den Rollen und/oder dem Möbel führen. Mit der nun patentierten Lösung treten diese Kräfte nicht mehr auf und selbst unter höchster Belastung kann die Rolle leicht schwenken. Somit können wir unseren Kunden jetzt eine verlängerte Gewährleistung von bis zu fünf Jahren einräumen. Um das Gesamtpaket abzurunden, setzen wir ein spezielles Material bei der Herstellung der weichen Räder ein, das selbst auf Schieferböden keine Streifen hinterlässt. Hohe Qualität wird durch die hauseigene, geprüfte, vollautomatische Montage mit REACH-freien Komponenten unter Einsatz von biologisch abbaubarem Fett gewährleistet. Anstoß für die Entwicklung war die Unzufriedenheit der Möbelhersteller mit konventionellen Rollen und -befestigungen. In einem speziellen Fall konnte ein Her- steller von Armlehnstühlen durch den Wechsel auf unsere Lösung seine Reklamationsquote auf Null reduzieren. Darüber hin- aus bewährt sich die Rolle selbst bei Sonderanwendungen. Ein unabhängiger Test hat ergeben, dass sogar hochwertige Lautsprecher mit Rollen ausgestattet werden können – anstelle der üblicherweise verwendeten Spikes und da ganz ohne hör- oder messbaren Klangverlust.


SAVES MONEY & AVOIDS TROUBLE


The H.C. Maier GmbH has developed an innovative solution for furniture castors, which protects the furnitures, the floors, saves money and avoids trouble of the customers. The patented fixing system solves a long known problem: Normally all furniture castors don't stand under load in an upright position, but bended. As a result bad forces appear on the castor as well as on the furniture. This could cause premature wearout to the castor and or to the furniture. With the new and patented solution, these forces are eleminated and even under heavy load, the castor can swivel easily. Due to this we can offer to our customers a prolonged waranty of up to five years. To complete the quality, we use a special material for the soft tyres, which doesn't causes any stripes even on black slate. The high quality will be assured with the self developed full automatically assembling machines, the raw-material which is free of REACH components, the usage of bio-degradable grease and the testing facilities according to the international standards. The reason for the developement were the dissatisfaction of the furniture manufacturers with usual castors and castor fixings. In one case the manufacturer of dining chairs reduced his complaints to zero after the change to the patented solution. In addition to this, the castor fulfills a special application. An independand test showed, high-end speakers can be placed on this castor instead of the typical spikes, without any loss of sound. The laboritry certified no loss of sound can be heard or messured.
