NEWCOMERS’ AWARD
The VDID Newcomers’ Award offers prospective designers a platform for their work and support for a successful start in their careers. This year the VDID (Association of German Industrial Designers), together with Koelnmesse, has opened the competition
to newcomers in product/industrial design from all over the European Union. The VDID Newcomers’ Award rewards outstanding student performance of young talents in product and industrial design. The three main prizes involve press and public relations work, a week- long workshop at Domaine de Boisbuchet in France and the presentation at interzum 2017. The award-winning objects will be shown at interzum. The award ceremony will be the fi nal highlight of the conference VDID Industrial Design Day. Further information and registration:
