Cow Tipping Creamery Tim and Corey Sorenson developed a loyal fan
base after opening their creamery in 2012, first slinging soft serve to West Campus from a vintage emergency-response vehicle. You can now find them in a South Austin brick-and-mortar location, where people line up for flavors infused with a non-GMO milk base and the best-quality ingredients around (fair-trade coffee, matcha green tea). gelato without the overseas flight, Dolce Neve is your hot ticket. Co-owner Francesca Silvestrini studied the art of gelato making at Carpigiani Gelato University in Bologna, Italy, before refining her skills working at the acclaimed Gelateria Naturale Artigianale De’ Coltelli in Pisa. JuiceLand in Hyde Park for more than four years, Austin’s favorite vegan ice cream parlor, Sweet Ritual, relocated to its own brick-and-mortar space on Airport Boulevard.
